Hotel policies
Child Policy: Maximum up to 2 Children under the age of 10 years, if sharing a bed with parents are free. In case of higher age or taking any extra mattress/bed then, they are charged extra as per rates applicable.
Occupancy Policy: Maximum Three adults /persons are allowed in one room. Third member/person will be charged extra even if he/she does not want any extra bed. A third person above 10 years age is counted as an extra person.
Visitors Policy:
• Visitors are not permitted in Guest Rooms, especially after 7 pm. For your guest meeting kindly use our Restaurants.
• Female and/or opposite sex visitors strictly not allowed in the guest room
Check-in/Check-out: Our Check-in time is 2:00 PM & Check-out time is 12:00 PM (Indian Standard Time). Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability of room and extra charges as applicable. Please check the same with the Front Desk in advance but the Hotel does not guarantee its availability / free availability.
Billing: All room charges must be paid in full in advance before check-in or at the time of check-in. All bills must be settled in full before check-out. The Hotel offers a large number of facilities to the guest. Some are for free and some are chargeable. Guests are required to inquire details before making use of the facility. In case of any use of chargeable services/facility, it will be charged to your bill and will be payable by the guest in full.
Breakfast: Breakfast is served at our Restaurant  – The Forresta Kitchen & Bar between 0700hrs (07 am) to 1000hrs (10 am). Breakfast taken after this or ordered through Room Service will be charged extra to your bill. Complimentary Breakfast, if any, is subject to your room plan. Please upgrade your room plan at the time of check-in for availing the facility.
Pets: Pets are not allowed in Hotel premises.
Photo ID: Original valid photo identity (like Passport, Driving License, Govt. Voter ID Card, Aadhaar Card) must be presented for all the members/guest staying in the room at the time of check-in. In the absence of the same, the Hotel reserves the right to refuse room/admission to any guest irrespective of the guest having confirmed booking and advance paid. All foreign nationals must carry original Passport & Visa.
Cancellation policy: No cancellation charges for cancellation before 30 days of check-in date. Cancellation charges @ 50% in case of cancelling between 30 days to 10 days of check-in date. Any cancellation within 10 days of check-in date will bear 100% of the total room charges as cancellation charges.
• In case of no-show:  Full advance or total booking charges, whichever is higher will be charged as retention charges.
• In case of any modification in part or full prior to check-in, will be treated as per the cancellation policy. No modification is allowed after check-in and all charges must be paid in full as per the booking.
• All group / negotiated / special / discounted bookings will be treated as non-refundable in case of cancellation / modification. For all such bookings full payment is required in advance on non refundable basis.
Safety / Security:
• Please keep the room door closed at all times. Please take care of all your belongings yourself. The Hotel, its management, its staff will not be responsible for any of your missing item/goods.
• CCTV Cameras are installed in the common areas of the hotel for surveillance and your safety.
The Hotel does not take any responsibility for any person either staying in the hotel and/or provided by the hotel as an additional facility like Tour Guide / Taxi /etc. to the guest from time to time.
All complaints must be given in writing to the Front Desk immediately when guest notice anything suspicious/inappropriate.
Please do not indulge in any wrong /illegal activity and do not carry any illegal/hazardous material in the Hotel premises. This is in the interest of yours and your fellow guest’s safety.
All other terms, conditions, policy, etc. as per the Hotel and its Management. All rates, terms and policies subject to change without prior notice. Some service and facilities may not be available/operational due to its regular maintenance work at the time of your stay. Kindly bear with the same and no additional discounts/rebates will be offered/accepted against the same. The right of admission to hotel and services reserved by the Hotel Management / Staff.
